Windows updates are pushed out to 2 groups of test computers before they are made available to the remaining University owned machines which can takes 2-3 weeks depending if some of the updates have reported issues, so University computers may be current for updates for our network, but be a little behind Microsoft's latest update release. If the date for "Updates were installed:" is less than 4 weeks, than wait another week. Solution Windows 7 in USM AD or UAD, or Windows 10 in UAD
Windows Updates is instructing user to check for updates.
